Jeffrey Slanker concentrates his practice in the areas of Labor and Employment Law and Appellate Law. His labor and employment law focus is on representing employers and management in federal, state, and administrative litigation. He has defended employers in discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, labor relations, employee benefits and harassment matters. His Appellate Law experience includes both trial support and briefing and argument of cases before Florida and Federal appellate courts in cases involving labor and employment, education, civil rights and constitutional law matters.
