Molly Shaddock practices in the areas of Education Law, Labor and Employment Law, Government Law, Appellate Law, and Administrative Law. Ms. Shaddock is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Education Law (since June 2012) and has represented educational institutions before the Florida Department of Education, the United States Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights, the Florida Charter Schools Appeal Commission, the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings, Florida State Circuit Courts, and in Federal Court. Ms. Shaddock has assisted educational institutions for over 13 years in a wide variety of transactional matters and litigation. Additionally, Ms. Shaddock has served many other local government clients such as municipalities and community development districts.
Ms. Shaddock has lectured on issues of importance impacting educational institutions to the Florida School Boards Association, Florida Association of District School Superintendents, Florida Educational Negotiators, Florida Education Legislation Liaisons, and the Florida School Board Attorneys Association. Ms. Shaddock served on the Florida School Board Attorneys Association as Past President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Board Member (2011-2016). She also has been a Member of the Florida Bar Education Law Committee (2011-2017), Florida Association of Charter School Authorizers (2007-2013), National School Boards Association Council of School Attorneys (2006-2017), Florida Bar National School Boards Association Council of School Attorneys (2006-2007), and various local county Bar Associations.
