Robert J. Hauser is currently Senior Counsel in the West Palm Beach, Florida office of Sniffen & Harmon, P.A. Mr. Hauser is a graduate of Duke University (B.A. 1991) and the University of Florida College of Law (J.D. with High Honors, 1995), where he was Senior Research Editor of the Florida Law Review. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Hauser became a law clerk at the Florida Third District Court of Appeal. Before joining this firm in 2022, Mr. Hauser was a name partner for 25 years at two West Palm Beach litigation boutique firms (Beasley Hauser et al. and then Pankauski Hauser et al.). Mr. Hauser has been board certified as a specialist and expert in appellate practice by the Florida Bar’s Board of Legal Specialization and Education since 2009. He has also been recognized in the major industry publications such as Martindale Hubbell, avvo.com, The Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyers, and the South Florida Legal Guide. Mr. Hauser is admitted to practice in Florida state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
